Dr. Leilani O. Baumanis
Dr. Leilani O. Baumanis holds a doctorate in International Business from Nova Southeastern University, Fort Lauderdale, Florida and an MBA from Western International University, Phoenix, Arizona. She is an Associate Professor in the College of Business at Johnson and Wales Universityin Miami, Florida. She teaches Principles of Management, Foundations of Business, Human Resource Management, Human Resource Training and Development, International Culture and Protocol, International Business, Management Seminar/Entrepreneurship, Organizational Behavior and Economics. She is very international and well traveled. She originated from the Philippines as a child.
In her twenties, Dr. Baumanis lived in Frankfurt, Germany for several years and traveled extensive throughout Europe. Today, she travels mostly throughout the Caribbean and consults managers on strategic management, organizational behavior, and training and development.
