Dr. Niti Singh
Niti has more than a decade of experience in the area of Behavioral Sciences and Human Resources Practices. She is Fellow of XLRI Jamshedpur and her PhD thesis was on exemplary value-based leadership. Professionally, she has actively sought to widen her understanding of the field by working in diverse environments such as consulting, shop floor, business schools and through publishing in scientific journals and business magazines. Her work has given her the opportunity to visit many countries and she has lead projects with members belonging to different cultures and time zones across the world.    

In her earlier stint at Gallup, Niti was working as Engagement Manager. Niti is a certified “Strengths Performance Coach” and “Selection Professional for Leadership and Managerial Talent” at Gallup. She has lead seminars on Gallup’s training interventions related to strengths-based leadership and art of great managing.  Prior to joining Gallup, Niti was working as Associate Professor (OB & HR) at Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies in Mumbai. She has also been teaching at other schools, including XLRI Jamshedpur, GLIM Chennai and NIT Jamshedpur. She has provided customized executive training programs on transformational leadership and related areas. Niti has worked on research projects with experts across the world using both qualitative and quantitative approaches. Niti has also independently handled consulting assignments with many companies such as MaFoi Management Consulting, Tata Bearings, Tata Steel, Tata Tea and Birla Tyres.

On the publication front, Niti has been active in both national and international forums, such as Academy of Management in USA, ASAC in Canada and ANZAM in Australia. Her published works are in the area of transformational leadership, entrepreneurial leadership, individual performance and human resources.
