This program has been designed with a special focus to address the prevalent problem of career stagnancy that lot of graduates face across sectors after a certain point. Once we start our career with minimum qualification in one dimension like B-com, BE or BCA our knowledge and experience allows us to climb the career ladder only for few steps but eventually we start feeling that pressure where our peers with equal experience grow faster than us, thanks to their masters qualification in management that gives them better understanding of business. As you move up in the pyramid the space becomes really tight and without the updating business knowledge, it might take very long to climb up. So as to accelerate this growth Advanced Management Program is the most practical option where you enhance your learning and also get lot of networking opportunities that in turn makes you eligible for higher roles.
