Admissions open for EABS PGPM 5th Batch, 2012-13

PGPM is a 11 months Full-time management program which is academically at par with a one year MBA being offered by leading European & American Universities. It aims at instilling management acumen amongst working professionals so as to create global business leaders across sectors.

  • Case Study method & Role Play
    The case method is used to encourage critical thinking & thus develop problem solving and decision making approach for any given situation. Harvard Business Publishing (HBP) case studies are utilized for the same. During Role plays, groups are formed to act as managers from various functions viz. Finance, Marketing, IT, Operations etc.

  • Business Simulations
    The objective is to facilitate the application of theoretical concepts to real-life situations.
    EABS has the privilege of being amongst top 25 B-schools in India to use simulations from Harvard Business Publishing as part of teaching.

  • Group Work
    The amount of peer learning that one can experience in a B-school for working professionals is unmatchable. The groups are formed in a manner such that students get to work with people from different educational, professional and cultural backgrounds. The Program fosters collaborative learning approach. The ability to work in and manage teams is becoming increasingly important in business practice.

The full-time program is extremely rigorous, intellectually demanding and time-intensive. Students typically spend 80-120 hours per week on lectures, course work and projects.

The institute has lecture theatres and syndicate rooms which offer students opportunities for experimentation, video practice, simulation exercises and group preparation. Balance of case learning along with course work, lectures, experiential exercises, workshops and field studies. Students would become members of supportive and challenging learning communities. The experience would be hands-on and teamwork based, with extensive opportunities to work with real companies and real managers on real projects.
